2025 is dead, lets play with its corpse
This year felt very much like setup, blood has started so much, and hopefully both finish up in some form in 2026. Probably the year with some of the best developments, even if so so many loose ends. The world continues to deteriorate and it makes her worried about her girls.

Blood worked on multiple games this year, most notably LONER DOG, though only released of her own(an actual indepth collaboration, instead of being hired), Everyday Sororicide, especially proud of this one, think the concept is great, and Snek did fantastically making it actually play well, habitual tragic duel simulator.
Her next thing is almost done, though working on it feels like it sprawls, since it was supposed to be originally out on blood's bday, you can look at the name and logo for now at least.
Despite the drag, there is something liberating in just coming up with a concept, visually, and just making it. First drew a mockup picture of the game, then cut it up to use as assets, record sound effects on a whim by clicking various manicure tools together, draw random pictures and then make them into events from there.
Feel strongly that for too long blood has been working on setting up things for games more than making them, hence a mountain of partially finishe pieces of projects that haven't gone anywhere. At least now can have others do that ~

The world invasion onto art is always looming Would be amiss to not mention, this year really trully kicked off repression of any kind of sexual art online, and while blood was already planning a followup, her own game, Girls Purgatoriem alongside countless others got taken off itch.io through payment processor pressure, originating from their inherent, and externally reinforced fascist uptick in the general world politic and associated sexuality and expression repression. DLsite is much harder to use, one has to perpetually go online through ever more complex obscurement methods so they can see anything at all .General rise off fascism, as represented by not even hardline country-specific nationalism, as much as hardline USA nationalism extended outward, is continuing and all the psychosexual fixations of the last time are coming with it.Oh how I wish for neo soviet union.
Experiences:
Blood managed to play, see and generally experience a lot more than last year, started it with Beyond Citadel and ended with Angeline Era (just finished the day blood's writing this) which suppose made this a very sexually charged one. Finally played some things that have been on blood's backlog for ages, signalis, watched all of still wakes the deep and YIIK I.V played, which felt like studies in artistic repression, as a spectacle. Apart from games she's seen many more movies than before (Occult Bolshevism, The Misogyny and Spalovač Mrtvol(the Cremator in english),Naked Lunch, Yumeji and Inflatable Sex Doll of The Wasteland , were all particularly brain chemistry altering) Got to have blood's dear sister over. Experienced so many lovely girltimes generally, honestly probably blood's best year on record, experiencially, all things considered.

Planning to post more here, and also basically quit posting art on twitter since that place is even more of a nightmare than it was before, one post exploded and got admittedly very funny but a huge wave of transphobic harrassment and now they just put an AI generator directly on posts, and it makes it so unpleasant that really can't muster the resilience for it.
